Shipping policy

All products ship out daily Monday-Saturday unless otherwise stated. Due to pandemics and shipping difficulties, we can't at this time guarantee any estimated shipping dates/ times. However all orders will ship out same day the order is received unless its after 2pm MST.

Refunds for shipping services above standard shipping will be refunded back to customers in the event we don't ship customers package by the shipping method the customer paid for during checkout. 

All orders come with proof of purchase email sent as order is being shipped. Returns are paid for by the customer. For in-depth issues caused by inaccurate website descriptions listed on the website, please contact us to have us help you with your unique situation. We are happy to make things right.

We strive to be a green company and don't send any extra paper or packing slips but they can be emailed to you directly if requested.
