Returns

Return period is 30 days after date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging. If you have received a defective item, please contact us at nippii@dlgpro.com. 

Refunds

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund request. If you are approved, then a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at nippii@dlgpro.com and send your item to:
